Midland Tractors’ is seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics, Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics and Auto Electricians to join our team in our Longford and Latrobe Branches. These full time roles will see you using your expertise to maintain and repair a range of agricultural equipment.
What you will be doing
Diagnose and repair issues with diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems and other vehicle components
Carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance on a variety of agricultural equipment
Perform electrical repairs and modifications to equipment wiring systems and accessories
Use diagnostic equipment and apply technical knowledge to identify and resolve problems
Maintain detailed records or work completed and parts used
Provide exceptional customer service and advice to customers
What we are looking for
Relevant Australian recognised trade certificate
Hands-on experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or Auto Electrician
Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A keen eye for detail and commitment to safety
A valid drivers licence
