7-Eleven Australia is seeking an experienced Field Manager to lead a regional portfolio of up to 15 Corporate and Franchise stores in NSW, including Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Bathurst, and Orange. You will travel regularly between locations and report to a supportive Field Leadership team.
In this role you will coach Store Leaders and Franchisees, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences and store standards across your portfolio.
