Backwater Pastoral Co. is seeking a full time senior Cropping Manager as part of a mixed farming operation covering over 3000Ha's located 40km's southwest of Narromine, NSW.
Key responsibilities
Manage cropping operations across the mixed farming operation
Make and implement key decisions within cropping enterprises.
Communicate with business owners and contractors.
About you
Experience in the industry
High ethical standards and self-motivated
Passion towards agriculture
Good communication skills and ability to work well independently or in a team
Ability to operate up-to-date farm equipment
Current driver's license and own vehicle
Current Chemical Accreditation
Livestock Husbandry skills, preferable

Our cropping enterprise mainly consists of however, is not limited to Cotton, Wheat, Chickpeas, Canola and a variety of grazing/fodder crops. Narromine is a small, vibrant and welcoming rural town with most services including a valuable range of shops, cafés, pubs, clubs and sporting teams, and is only 30km from Dubbo.
