WesTrac is seeking an experienced Plant Mechanic Leading Hand to join the Ravensworth Mine site in the Hunter Valley. You will supervise daily maintenance across CAT surface mining equipment, mentor tradespeople, and drive reliability while ensuring safety and quality in a demanding mining environment.

The role is a permanent full time in office position with strong prospects for leadership development and career progression within WesTrac.
