Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer - Multiple role

Type: Full time – Perm or Contract

Location: Remote within AU

Skills: ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Patterns & Probes, Incident/Change Management, ServiceNow Integration

Experience: 8–10 years ServiceNow (10+ years total IT)

Requisites:
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM , particularly Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping .
Design and implement Service Mapping solutions for business-critical services and integrate with CMDB .
Develop and customize patterns, probes, and sensors to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
Troubleshoot mapping issues and optimize discovery processes for accuracy and performance.
Ensure Service Mapping supports Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
Handle escalations, participate in stakeholder meetings, and drive solution-focused decisions.
Solid communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders.
