The role
Planned and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
Fault-finding, diagnostics and breakdown response
Service reports and compliance documentation
Monday–Friday work with paid overtime
Participation in an on-call rotation with additional allowance
Prospect to progress into Senior Technician / Leading Hand positions
The package
$50–$60/hr , depending on experience
Paid overtime + on-call allowance
Fully maintained company vehicle + fuel card
Tools and funded tickets/licenses
Long-term commercial maintenance contracts
Ongoing training and career progression

About you
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
ARCtick Refrigerant Handling License
Commercial or light-commercial HVAC experience
Full Australian driver's license
Strong fault-finding and customer service skills
