The Role

As a fulltime, Receptionist based in our Southwestern Sydney Office, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and continued impact for our people and our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person who is self-motivated and wants to continually excel with their administrative career.

Your Duties:
Working as a team you will manage all general administrative tasks.
You will make sure our valued clients have a positive experience with our firm from their phone calls.
Warmly greeting clients, efficiently handling inquiries, and providing necessary information with professionalism and politeness.
Liaising with professional staff, on various matters




Maintaining a professional reception area.
Processing various documents relating to the procurement of office requirements
Work closely with the Executive Assistant

About You:
You will have proven experience within a similar role within a qualified work setting.
Accurate typing skills with a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of associated products.
Be enthusiastic, well-presented, and friendly.
Understand the importance of outstanding client service and efficient responsiveness.
Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise your work.
You must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal.
Quick thinking and supportive with an ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
