Glencoe is building its opening kitchen team for a recent restaurant centered around Tasmania's east coast, its produce, landscape, people and story. Set on a historic coastal sheep farm, Glencoe will offer a distinctly Tasmanian experience. Working alongside the Head Chef, the kitchen team will help establish Glencoe from the ground up. The food will focus on exceptional Tasmanian produce, seasonality and craftsmanship. Preservation, fermentation and traditional techniques will sit alongside contemporary cooking, with woodfire and charcoal forming an significant part of the restaurant's identity.
