Cellar Door Position:
Provide guided wine tastings to groups at an amazing historical location
Process sales and orders to customers and businesses
Experience with wines or enthusiasm to learn highly desired (full training provided)
Current RSA essential




Food Handling certificate essential (can be obtained free online at the NSW Food Authority website)
Restocking, cleaning, and handling of cash

Hotel Housekeeping Position:
Previous experience desired but not required (full training provided)
Manual licence highly desired
28 motel-style rooms in total with 26 used on a regular basis
Cleaning rooms and estate buildings, and restocking of work car
