What You'll Do /n
/n
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
/n
Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
/n
Assist with menu development and daily specials.
/n
Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.
/n
Manage food preparation and service during busy periods.
/n
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
/n
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service.
/n
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.
/n
What We're Looking For /n
/n
Previous experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant, pub or hospitality venue.
/n
Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred).
/n
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
/n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
/n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
/n
A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
/n
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
