We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeperto work closely with our CFO and take ownership of key bookkeeping, month-end, compliance and financial reporting processes. This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 3 days per week, with flexibility around the days and hours for the right person.
Key Responsibilities: /n
/n
Own month-end processes and financial reconciliations
/n
Analyse budgets, forecasts and financial variances
/n
Process and reconcile weekly payroll
/n
Manage key compliance and statutory reconciliations
/n
Support annual budgeting and financial forecasting
/n
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
/n
Assist with finance projects, process improvements and ad hoc CFO support
/n
About You /n
/n
Solid bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
/n
A proactive, self-motivated approach and ability to work independently
/n
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
/n
Understanding of BAS, GST and statutory compliance requirements
/n
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
/n
