We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tetto Rooftop Bar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.
This is a full time role based in our Everton Park location.
Key responsibilities /n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar, Back-of-House and Front-of-House team
/n
Manage staffing, rosters, service standards and customer experience
/n
Supervise reservations, table allocations and service flow
/n
Train, mentor and support staff to maintain high service standards
/n
Monitor stock levels, ordering and cost control in coordination with management
/n
Assist with budgeting, reporting and operational planning
/n
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and liquor licensing requirements
/n
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
About you /n
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a restaurant management or senior hospitality management role
/n
Robust leadership and team management skills
/n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
/n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
/n
Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, staff supervision and cost control
/n
Relevant hospitality qualifications will be regarded favourably (RSA, RMLV)
