As a Chef, you will be running our kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of our kitchen operation, from menu development and preparation to maintaining a clean and safe work workplace. You will lead kitchen team, ensuring smooth service throughout the day and night shifts where applicable.

Responsibilities:

Create and prepare delicious Bangladeshi Fusion cuisines, Italian Dishes and other food items using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
/n
Ensure all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
/n
Manage and maintain kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
/n
Oversee food preparation, adhering to food safety regulations.
/n
Lead and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
/n
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
/n
Liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
/n
/n
Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a Chef in a similar environment Qualification: Cert 3, Cert 4 in Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Salary: $82,000 Why Join Us?
