Casual pool work across multiple Compass Group sites in Ipswich

/n • Weekday availability required Monday to Friday and occasional weekends

/n • Variety across schools, corporate offices and venue style sites

Compass Group is seeking Casual Chefs to work at different sites in Ipswich. The casual pool offers a wide mix of shifts so you can choose what fits your week.

/n

THE POSITION
/n • Prepare, cook and present high quality meals
/n • Maintain solid awareness of nutrition and healthy eating
/n • Support all stations and areas of the kitchen
/n • Follow health and safety and food safety standards

/n • Keep wastage to a minimum and support efficient kitchen flow

/n

THE PERSON




/n • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above
/n • 2+ years experience working as a Chef
/n • Experience in fine dining, events or functions with strong attention to detail
/n • High energy with skilled presentation
/n • Own transport preferred, or ability to access public transport easily
/n • Willing to work across different sectors including Education, Venues and Corporate

/n • Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Check and Blue Card

/n
