We are partnering with a leading Australianutilities providerto engage aSenior Project Manager / Programme Leadto run afeasibility assessment of the current customer billing platform and the supporting operating model/vendor arrangement.
You will evaluate the current state, quantify risk and total cost of ownership, compare future options and produce board-ready recommendations.
This role is not focused on delivering a recent billing system implementation—its purpose is to determine whether change is required and, if so, the best path forward.
Required skills
Proven experience in the Utilities sector(water/energy)
Senior project/program leadership oncore system feasibility, options assessment, strategyengagements
Hands-on exposure tocustomer billing / CIS / revenue / paymentsplatforms and their integrations
Strongcommercial & analytical capability: TCO modelling, cost/benefit, risk analysis, options comparison
Ability to produceexecutive/board-level documentation(business cases, recommendations, decision papers)
Stakeholder management across Technology, Finance, Customer, Operations and Procurement
Vendor/partner engagement
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
