We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing irrigation retail business. You will provide excellent customer service, assist with stock management, develop product knowledge, and maintain store presentation while working with a dedicated team.
Key responsibilities /n
Provide an excellent level of customer service, serving customers at the front counter
/n
Assist with the storage, receiving, dispatching and manual handling of stock
/n
Develop solid product knowledge
/n
Work autonomously with a positive attitude and support other staff members as required
/n
Ensure the presentation of the store is maintained to a high level
/n
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
/n
Perform deliveries and pickups
About you /n
Retail or irrigation experience is a must
/n
Robust communication skills to connect with customers and staff
/n
Enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and willingness to learn
/n
Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the role
/n
Punctual and reliable with excellent time management skills
/n
Self-motivated and well presented
