As a Restaurant Manager, with 5 years of experience in a quick-paced fine dining environment, you’ll be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant, including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and financial results. You will:

Position Duties

/n

This diverse role involves a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

/n

-Efficiently leading the restaurant Front of House team in day-to-day operations

/n




Being a role model for standards and behaviors consistent with the values and culture

/n

-Ensuring high-quality food is served, and exceptional customer service is always maintained

/n
Listening to customers' feedback and working to ensure positive customer experiences

/n
Identifying talent, interviewing, hiring, inducting and onboarding recent team members

/n

-Training, developing and cross-training all team members, supervisors, and 2ICs

/n
Completing staff performance reviews and driving a culture of continuous improvement

/n
Managing rostering, shift changes, and team meetings

/n
Resolving any employee issues including grievances, disciplinary action, etc.

/n
Ordering stock from various suppliers

/n
Office administration duties such as Weekly reports, maintenance reports, etc

/n
Managing daily and weekly cleaning of restaurant.

/n
Executing marketing promotions

/n
Ensuring safety and security standards are recognized and upheld, and that each employee is appropriately trained in Workplace Health and Safety
