How you will make an impact
Own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions that keep critical systems online.
Day to day you will:
Address and resolve incidents and service requests
Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability
Take ownership of support request and releases
Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process
Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements
Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments
Be proactive in customer settings,
applying skills and technical brilliance
Apply Dev Ops processes & methodologies as required
Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable
Microsoft Azure and/or M365 certifications advantageous
At least 1 years' experience in IT engineering / operations or similar field
Able to work autonomously and use initiative to achieve desired outcomes
Able to explore recent challenges, and know when guidance from someone with more domain experience is required
Knowledge in one or more of the following Microsoft Azure & M365 Security Services is ideal:
Microsoft Sentinel
Microsoft Defender Suite
Microsoft Purview / Information Protection
Azure/M365 Security Workloads
Azure AD & Identity Governance
Contemporary Endpoint Management (Windows 10 / 11, Intune, Auto Pilot, Enterprise Mobility)
Microsoft Azure Cloud Platforms
Microsoft Azure Application Development
Azure Dev Ops or Dev SecOps
Azure Security Services
Terraform
