We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Members to join our team at Cypress Gardens Aged Care Residence on a Part-time basis.

Join our dedicated aged care residence team as a vital member responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. In this role, you will handle cleaning and waste management tasks while following strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
You'll collaborate with colleagues, adapt to energetic situations, and provide exceptional service with a positive approach. Your commitment to high standards and respectful interactions will make a meaningful difference in our community.
Skills and attributes include but not limited to: /n
Competent in the use of cleaning equipment and correct chemicals by manufacturers’ instructions and procedures
/n
Housekeeping experience in an Aged Care or Hospital setting is advantageous.
/n
Ability to understand and apply Work Health Safety standards to internal work processes.
/n
A good level of communication skills, both verbal and written
/n
A good level of empathy and emotional intelligence to ensure Residents' needs are understood and supported.
/n
The good understanding of team coordination.
/n
Willing to work in both cleaning and laundry.
