Site Ware Direct is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team at our Midvale Head Office.

/n

This is a relationship-focused sales role where you'll manage existing customer accounts, develop new business opportunities and help grow sales across SWD.

What you'll be doing /n

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.

/n
Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop customer accounts.

/n
Build relationships with current and prospective customers.

/n
Follow up sales leads and opportunities.

/n
Prepare quotations and solutions based on customer needs.

/n
Introduce customers to new products and services.

/n
Work with the Sales team and other departments to support customers.

/n
Keep up to date with market and industry opportunities.

/n
Attend customer meetings and travel as required.

/n





What we're looking for /n

/n
Experience in B2B sales or account management.

/n
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

/n
A customer-focused and commercially minded approach.

/n
Ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.

/n
Strong organisation and follow-up skills.

/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

/n
Current driver's licence.

/n
Industry or technical product experience is an advantage.

/n
