AsCasual Depot Assistant you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclable products and providing them with the correct refund.
Your responsibilities will include: /n
Delivering outstanding customer service to our customers!
/n
Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories
/n
Transporting items to the relevant storage area. This may be via forklift or manual handling.
/n
Ensure customers welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers
/n
Ensure staff are adhering to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards/faults/risks
/n
Continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction
/n
Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will have: /n
Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
/n
You have a excellent 'can do' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions
/n
