Pathfinders is seeking a Team Leader for the New England Northwest region to work 24 hours per week, supporting people with disabilities to pursue goals and live fulfilling lives.
The role requires flexible schedule, including afternoons, evenings, sleepovers and weekends, with duties such as personal care and supervision of staff.
