Graphic Designer
Brisbane Based | Full Time | Work From Home
Style Media is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with an editorial eye, a strong visual point of view and a genuine love of the lifestyle categories that define Style.
Fashion, beauty, interiors, food, travel and culture – these are the worlds we explore, influence and help shape.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Style Media, one of Brisbane's established luxury lifestyle media brands, working across Style Magazine, our digital lifestyle platform, social media and an exciting portfolio of client projects.
It's a hands‐on creative role spanning editorial design, digital and print campaigns, creative concepts, photoshoots, branding and marketing.
We want someone who loves getting into the creative process – someone who thinks big, gets involved in pitches, shapes concepts and makes them happen.
You'll be collaborative, commercially aware and confident taking ownership, with the ability to get on with the work without needing your hand held.
Your role
Working closely with our Creative Director, Editor, content creators and broader team, your work will span:
Style Magazine– editorial layouts, features, fashion stories, covers and special projects
Digital & social– content and campaigns for Style Media and our clients
Creative concepts– ideas for photoshoots, video, campaigns and pitches
Shoot creative– mood boards, visual references and creative direction
Branding & marketing– style guides, brand projects and campaign collateral
Print & digital campaigns– from initial concept through to finished creative
About you
You'll have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an agency, publishing, media,



branding or similar creative environment.
We're looking for someone who:
Is highly organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines
Has an eye for the details others miss
Has a strong creative point of view and brings ideas and solutions to the table
Experienced and rapid operator with the ability to turn around high‐quality creative efficiently
Has a genuine interest in fashion, beauty, interiors, food, travel and culture
Cares about the standard, purpose and intention behind every piece of work
Has excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills
Is confident working across print, digital and social
Has a portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, versatility and a distinctive visual sensibility
And, has a genuine eye for great design and all things beautifully considered

The way we work
This is a Brisbane-based, Work From Home role, offering the flexibility and focus to produce quality work while remaining closely connected to the team.
Our team connects through regular video meetings, weekly in-person meetings in Brisbane, and smaller in-person meetings to workshop briefs, develop ideas and collaborate on projects.
You'll have the autonomy to get on with your work, with a team around you when you need to bounce around an idea, solve a problem or build something great together.
