Job Description
endota Green Hills Spa in Stockland Shopping Centre seeks a SpaReceptionist/Assistantto deliver excellent in-spa, phone and email service.
You will manage bookings, process vouchers and product sales, answer inquiries and maintain data; also perform light cleaning to support daily spa operations.
You should have reception or customer service experience, robust IT skills(Word/Outlook/Excel)and familiarity with electronic booking systems (Zenoti).
