Waitstaff
Bar Staff

Chefs / Chef de Partie
Kitchen & Event Support

What will you do?
Front of House
Greet and assist guests throughout their experience
Manage guest entry, enquiries and general assistance
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Operate POS systems and process transactions
Help create a welcoming and positive guest experience
Bar Staff
Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean and organised bar area
Work confidently in busy, high-volume environments




RSA is required for bar staff roles.
Waitstaff
Take orders and provide attentive table service
Deliver food and beverages
Respond to guest requests professionally
Clear and reset tables
Keep service areas clean, organised and guest-ready
Back of House
Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
Maintain clean, organised and hygienic work areas
Support chefs and kitchen staff with dishes, waste and general duties
Work across a range of responsibilities -from Chef de Partie level through to kitchen support
What do you need?
Experienced in hospitality or events (highly regarded)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
RSA Preferred, but not essential
Required Food Handling Certificates for BOH crew
Friendly, confident and great with people
Reliable, punctual and flexible
Available for evening and weekend shifts
Positive, hardworking and team-focused
Ready to jump in and make things happen!
