What You'll Be Doing
Assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
Demonstrating Mazda's latest models and technology
Managing test drives and vehicle presentations
Building and maintaining long‐term customer relationships
Following up enquiries and maintaining CRM activity
Working collaboratively with finance and delivery teams
Contributing to dealership targets and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualified presentation and positive attitude
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers
Self‐motivated with strong organisational skills
Passion for the automotive industry and emerging EV technology
