You will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining rosters for our direct-care staff, ensuring our clients receive reliable and consistent care in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain staff rosters
Coordinate shifts and staff availability
Fill vacant and last-minute shifts
Manage roster changes, leave and cancellations
Match care workers with client needs
Communicate with staff, clients and the care team
We are looking for someone withstrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillswho can work confidently in a busy setting.
Previous experience inhome care, aged care or workforce rosteringis highly regarded.
