The Role
As a Client Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's Client Delivery Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level administrative support to accounting and bookkeeping teams
Coordinating workflows, schedules and deadlines across multiple client engagements
Liaising with clients, the ATO and other external stakeholders
Supporting compliance activities and corporate administration processes
Managing correspondence, documentation and client records
Assisting with diary management, meetings and internal coordination
Contributing to process improvements and workflow efficiencies
This role is varied, fast-paced and central to the smooth operation of the firm.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2+ years' experience in an accounting practice or professional services environment, or 3+ years' experience in a high-level administrative role
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
Experience liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience with accounting software such as Xero or XPM is advantageous but not essential
Exposure to ATO dealings or compliance workflows is desirable
A proactive mindset, attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision
