Onboard Industries is seeking a capable candidate to be second-in-charge on the floor, driving sales and leading the team when the manager is away.
You will manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation to maximize impact and drive performance.
You will deliver outstanding customer service in-store, hit sales targets, assist with rostering, and support daily operations, with occasional involvement in e-commerce activities.
