The Role




As aRegistered/EnrolledNurse, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Deliver safe and compassionate clinical care
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing
Administer medications and treatments as required
Develop and implement individualised care plans
Work closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
