About the Role
As aService Coordinator, you will be an important part of our after-sales team, helping ensure customer enquiries, warranty matters and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
You will coordinate service activities from initial enquiry through to resolution, working closely with customers, service technicians and internal teams including production, logistics and project teams.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys problem-solving and is confident communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Managewarranty enquiries, warranty claims, service requests and service quotationsin a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers, technicians and other relevant parties.




Follow up outstanding service matters and ensure customers are kept informed of progress.
Investigate product and service-related issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal departments.
Liaise with production, logistics, project and other internal teams to resolve after-sales issues.
Prepare and follow up service quotations where required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer communications, service requests, actions and resolutions.
Monitor outstanding service cases to ensure matters are progressed and closed in a timely manner.
Identify recurring product or service issues and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
Assist in improving after-sales processes and overall customer experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Minium 1 year - experience in Aluminium Windowscustomer service office role.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage customer expectations professionally, including when dealing with complaints or challenging situations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple service cases simultaneously.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills, including proficiency inMicrosoft Office.
Experience within theconstruction, building products, windows and doors, or manufacturing industrywill be highly regarded.
