WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Do you have a background in catering and/or cleaning and a sound knowledge of food safety?
Are you an experienced leader who can motivate, support and develop catering, cleaning and laundry teams to deliver high-quality services?
Do you have strong organisational and workforce management skills, including rostering, staff development and performance management?
Can you effectively manage budgets, purchasing and operational priorities while maintaining service excellence?
Are you committed to quality improvement, food safety, infection control and compliance within a healthcare environment?
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Lead and coordinate catering, cleaning and laundry operations to ensure safe, efficient and customer-focused services.
Foster a positive team culture through effective communication, training, coaching and staff development.
Drive continuous improvement by monitoring quality standards, managing audits and implementing best-practice processes.
Ensure compliance with financial, legislative, food safety, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements.

WHAT WILL WE OFFER YOU IN RETURN?
Relocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
Salary package a range of benefits (including living expenses such as mortgage, rent, utility bills and groceries) up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.
