Job Description
This role combines customer support, software training, bookkeeping, payroll, and farm financial management.
Your primary focus will be supporting customers who use Agrimaster, helping them understand best-practice financial management processes, troubleshooting issues, and maximising the value of their software.
As your expertise develops, you'll progress into:
Payroll support
Customer training
Webinar delivery
Budgeting assistance
Farm financial consulting
Customer onboarding and implementation support
