The role:
As retail sales assistant, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking advice on plants, gardening, and outdoor living.
Your role will involve:
Providing exceptional customer service and expert plant care advice
Maintaining stock presentation, plant health and store cleanliness
Assisting with deliveries, merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions
Staying up to date on seasonal trends and gardening products
Ideally you will have/be:
A genuine passion for plants and gardening
Previous retail or nursery experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
A can-do attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
Physical fitness for lifting and working outdoors
Team player who will help the team achieve sales targets
