Casual Registered Nurses (RN) & Enrolled Nurses (EN) – Clayton ($61 - $122 ordinary pay rates)

MOR.
Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for casual and ad hoc shifts at an established Aged care facility in Clayton, VIC.
This is an Expression of Interest for additional workforce support commencing from late October, with MOR Healthcare assisting the facility during a busy period.
This opportunity would suit nurses who are looking to pick up additional shifts, enjoy casual flexibility and have solid aged care experience.
You may be required to work across a range of shifts, including:
7:00am – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 9:00pm
3:00pm – 10:00pm
10:00pm – 7:00am
Requirements To be considered, you must have:
Minimum 6 months' experience in Aged care
Current AHPRA registration for RN/EN
Relevant nursing qualification
Current **** COVID-19 vaccination – mandatory as requested by the client
Current Manual Handling training
Dementiatraining/certificate
Relevant police/worker screening checks
Current First Aid/CPR where applicable
Medicationcompetency/trainingwhere applicable
Strong understanding of person-centred aged care
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team




Ability to adapt quickly to different aged care environments and procedures
Reliable availability for casual/ad hoc shifts

Experienced and confident inresidential/facilityaged care
Compassionate and respectful towards residents
Reliable and professional
Comfortable working in an unfamiliar facility when required
Confident managing dementia and complex care needs
Able to provide safe, high-quality resident care
Greek-speaking nurses are preferred but not essential.
