Job Description
Hemingway's Brewery Port Douglas is seeking an experienced Casual Restaurant Team Leader to join our hands-on team.
You will report to the Venue Manager and Restaurant Managers, opening/closing shifts, and lead service with on-call support available.
You'll oversee FOH operations, organise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure RSA, food safety, WHS compliance.
This role requires solid leadership, cash handling and exceptional guest service in a busy hospitality setting.
