Service Desk Analyst
We're seeking a customer-focusedService Desk Analystto join a busy IT support team.
In this role, you'll provide first-level technical support, manage incidents and service requests, and ensure users receive timely and effective assistance across a range of IT systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, escalating issues where required.
Manage user accounts, access requests, and maintain accurate support documentation.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support role.
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Active Directory.
Experience working with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
Strong problem-solving, time management,



and multitasking abilities.
