Dhelkaya Health is seeking a Grade 1 or Grade 2 Exercise Physiologist to join the Ambulatory Care team.
The role delivers evidence-based Exercise Physiology services across home, hospital, and centre settings, with a focus on tailored interventions to improve health outcomes for diverse clients.
You will work with a broad range of health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients, families and carers in a supportive multidisciplinary setting.
