Requirementsn
Minimum Requirements:
n
n
Suitable candidates should have:
n
n
n
Minimum
1 year of experience in community care, aged
n care, disability care, or a related support setting
n
n




Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or
n equivalent qualification preferred
n
n
Experience supporting people with complex or high -care needs is
n highly desirable
n
n
Current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain
n one
n
n
Ability to pass relevant background and compliance checks
n
n
Valid driver's licence and access to a suitable vehicle
n
n
Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and
n overnight work where required
n
n
English language evidence may be required, depending on
n employer and visa requirements
n
n
