Role Overview
n
nAs the Project Manager, your principal mission will be to manage the delivery of BEMS projects - from the handoff from the sales team right through to detailed design, site delivery, and completion. You'll be instrumental in assessing construction issue information and managing RFIs and will play an indispensable role in securing client satisfaction and project margin.n

Key Responsibilities
n
nDesign and manage the delivery of BEMS projects, taking them from sales handover to detailed design, delivery, and completionn
nMaintain a high level of communication with the customers and ensure project milestones are metn
nAssess construction issue information and manage RFIsn
nPrepare control schedules, descriptions of operation, and network schematics, making sure to meet agreed modes of operationn
nProcure hardware, field equipment, control panels, and installation resourcesn
nCollate site reports, issue O&M; manuals,



and coordinate progress meetings with customersn
nIdentify and communicate any risks during the projectsn
nProtect margin on projects through effective planning and efficient deployment of resourcesn
nThe Ideal Candidaten
nHas prior experience in BEMS project management and engineeringn
nIs technically competent with knowledge of HVAC plant and control applicationsn
nPossesses a sound knowledge of Trend, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure and other legacy systemsn
nHas a commercial mindset to protect margin during project deliveryn
nIs customer-centric with excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenn
nHolds a full driving license and is IT literaten
nIs able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads, and work unsupervisedn
