About the role:

nWe are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Peel & Rockingham- Kwinana (PaRK) Business Advisory team. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong professional who is ready to take ownership of client work, contribute to advisory outcomes, and support the development of others, including exposure to our growing outsourced CFO advisory offering.n

About the Role

nIn this role, you will:n
n- Deliver high-quality financial statements, tax returns, and workpapers across a diverse client basen
n- Support the delivery of outsourced CFO services, including budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and management reporting for clientsn
n- Apply your technical expertise to provide practical, commercial and forward-looking insights to clientsn




n- Identify risks and opportunities and contribute to value-added advisory outcomesn
n- Manage your workflow effectively to meet deadlines and client expectationsn
n- Build strong client relationships through responsive, reliable servicen
n- Support and coach junior team members, contributing to a positive team culturen
n- Contribute to improving processes and leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiencyn

nYou are a motivated professional who combines strong technical capability with a proactive, growth-focused mindset and an interest in developing toward a more advisory-focused role, including exposure to outsourced CFO services.n
nYou take ownership of your work, communicate confidently with clients, and are keen to develop your leadership capability.n
nYou value building strong relationships and are community-minded, with a passion for supporting local businesses and becoming a trusted advisor to clients within the regional community.n
You will bring:

n- CA qualification (or near completion)n
n- 4-6 years' experience in professional servicesn
n- Strong experience in financial reporting and tax compliancen
n- Developing advisory capability and commercial awarenessn
n- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skillsn
n- A collaborative approach and interest in mentoring othersn
