Required Skills:

7+ years of experience in design, with a focus on UX/UI.

Deep knowledge and proven experience with Web3 onboarding processes.

3-4 years of experience in blockchain dApp development with a focus on community and growth.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a design team.
