The team is close-knit, around 20 staff. You'll deal directly with the owners, not layers of management. They're known for neat, high-quality finishes and look for people who take the same pride in their work.

You'll be a senior, hands-on member of the residential team. You'll run small to medium jobs from start to finish, with the autonomy to manage your own day.

Plan your own jobs, including materials, site requirements and timelines

Mentor and train apprentices on the tools

Deal directly with clients and builders

Keep safety and compliance tight on every job

Pay:
$50–$60/hr) depending on experience, plus overtime if you want it

Hours:
Consistent rostered hours of (e.g. 7am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri), with no weekends unless you choose them

Vehicle:
A new, fully stocked work vehicle, plus a phone, uniform and PPE
n
Flexibility:
Genuine flexibility for family and life commitments

Growth:
Ongoing training, extra tickets paid for, and a clear path to supervisor or leading hand roles

What you'll need n
n
3+ years post-trade experience, with a solid residential background
n
Unrestricted WA Electrical Workers Licence (A-Grade)
n
Manual C-Class driver's licence and a White Card
n
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
n
Good communication skills and a tidy, reliable approach
n
Nice to have n
n
First Aid, CPR and LV Rescue
n
Working at Heights or EWP ticket
n
Security, data or low-voltage experience
n
