What You'll Do

You'll work in a hyper cross-functional squad to design, build, and ship things that moves the needle.
1 Discover & shape

Partner with PMs/Designers to deeply understand customer pains

Prototype and experiment to de-risk ideas early

Help shape what we build, not just how

2 Build & own

Develop across our core platform: C# + Azure/GCP

Own work from idea → scope → delivery → iteration

Jump into API integrations, performance issues, technical investigations

n 3 Improve & learn

Contribute to our Product Engineering culture

Help refine our architecture without disappearing into "ivory tower" thinking
