The role
n
As the ACT Branch Manager, you will be responsible for planning and setting the direction for the branch. Managing a small Sales and Operations team, you will:
n

n
n
Coordinate and manage all branch activities to meet quality, DIFOT, and profit targets
n
n
Participate in developing the strategic business plan for the ACT Branch
n
n
Develop local sales strategies to retain and secure new business opportunities
n
n
Implement the regional marketing agenda to achieve sales objectives
n
n
Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key clients, commercial partners, and industry bodies
n
n
Negotiate and maintain contractual agreements within corporate guidelines
n
n
Introduce productivity measures that improve project visibility and delivery
n
n
Develop and administer the annual budget
n
n
Monitor project progress and update project forecast
n
n
Plan and monitor labour and equipment requirements to maximise margins and profits
n
n
Complete project reviews and make business improvement recommendations
n
n
Manage site safety and business risks
n
n
Apply enterprise agreements for the site as required
n
n
n
Requirements

The requirements
n
To be successful in the role it is essential that you have proven Branch Manager experience servicing the building and construction sector. You will have:
n
n
n
n
Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills
n
n
Experience selling end-to-end solutions that meet customer needs
n
n
Strong people leadership and management skills
n
n
Experience managing multiple projects from inception to delivery
n
n
Sound contract negotiation skills
n
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capability
n
n
Knowledge of Scaffolding is highly advantageous but not essential to the role
n
n
n
