About the role
n
We are looking for an experienced
People & Culture
n Business Partner
to work closely with leaders across the organisation and
n deliver thoughtful guidance and solutions that enable engagement, performance
n and organisational success. In this role, you will provide trusted advice
n across the employee lifecycle for your client group and help foster a positive,
n safe and values-led workplace culture. Working in genuine partnership with leaders,
n you will build leadership capability and contribute to meaningful strategic
n people outcomes.
n
You'll also lead a small number of specialist P&C; areas.
n We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in
workplace health and safety.
Other specialist areas
n include talent and workforce, remuneration and benefits, and systems and
n payroll. As a subject matter expert, you'll guide processes, policies,
n procedures and continuous improvement in your specialist area, while working collaboratively
n with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive experience across the

You'll be joining a genuinely friendly, supportive and

n You'll work closely with a P&C; Advisor and together you'll provide
n holistic, tailored support and advice to your client group.

This is a
hybrid role
, with travel required across your
n client group each week.

About you
n
You are a cooperative and proactive HR professional with
n experience partnering with leaders in a growing organisation. You bring strong
n knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, people systems and
n employment legislation, along with the confidence to provide practical advice
n on complex people matters.
n
Highly organised and IT-savvy, you are comfortable balancing
n competing priorities while building strong relationships across all levels of
n the organisation. Most importantly, you thrive in a hardworking, open and
n supportive team, and you are passionate about creating positive employee
n experiences.
n
