n Our client is seeking a warehouse supervisor to head the PM shift from 4pm - Midnight.n
n Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor in the aluminum industry located in Eastern Creek. We are looking for a warehouse supervisor that can confidently cover all aspects to ensure the customers' orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, to meet quality standard and achieve high service levels and to lead and support a team of 50 plus staff.n
n To do this, you will need to have experience in supervising the day-to-day warehouse, ensuring excellent customer service, high productivity, scheduling staff and ensuring a safe work workplace n

Cert III Warehouse Operations

LMA Challenge of Leadership/Cert IV Warehousing Operations

Incident Investigation (ICAM)
n
n
n
Successful completion of Load Restraint training
n
n
n
Successful completion of Manual Handling Training
n
n
n
Proficient use of Microsoft Office & D365
n
n
n
Experience supervising a quality focused distribution team.
n
n
n
Experience in leading a team in a dynamic environment.
n
n
n
Experience of handheld scanners
n
n
n
Experience of location-based inventory systems
n
n
n
Experience of stock control and manual stock counting
n
n
n
Experience working to schedules and lead
n
n
n
times to meet customer demand.

Understands and practices Lean manufacturing techniques.
