About the Role:
n
n
We are building a new team of Strategic Event Operations Managers to lead the design and execution of our most complex and high-impact events globally. These are not standard events. They involve large partners, new formats, and operational challenges that often require building solutions from scratch.
n
n
In this role, you will work from
early-stage definition to final execution
, owning the full operational strategy of each project. You will not just execute — you will define how the event should be operated. This is a highly autonomous role for individuals who thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and are comfortable building structure where none exists.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Ownership of Complex Events
n

Lead the operational strategy of large-scale, high-complexity events
n
n
Own projects from early planning stages through execution
n
n
Ensure delivery meets both partner expectations and internal standards
n
n
n
2. Operational Strategy & Design (0→1)
n
n
n
n
Translate partner needs into scalable operational models
n
n
Design processes, workflows, and tools from scratch when needed
n
n
Define how the event should be run — not just how to execute it
n
n
n
3. Problem Solving in Ambiguous Environments
n
n
n
n
Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans
n
n
Anticipate operational risks and design mitigation strategies
n
n
Make decisions with incomplete information
n
n
n
4. Cross-functional Leadership
n
n
n
n
Work closely with Sales, Originals, Product, and local Operations teams
n
n
Align multiple stakeholders around a clear execution plan
n
n
Act as the main operational point of contact for key partners
n
n

5. Execution Oversight
n

Ensure that designed solutions are effectively implemented on the ground
n
n
Support local teams in executing complex setups
n
n
Step in when needed to unblock critical issues
n

About You:
n
Experience
n
n
n
n
2–5 years of experience in:
n
n
n
n
Top-tier consulting (MBB or similar), OR
n
n
Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
n
n
n
n
Proven experience solving
complex, ambiguous problems
n
n
Experience leading projects end-to-end
n
n
n
