In the role, you will:

Liaise with transport companies and customers for the pick-up and delivery of goods
n
n
Update customers on expected ETA's and delays
n
n
Send proof of delivery to the customer
n
n
Work with the warehouse team to prepare orders for dispatch
n
n
Update back order and dispatch reports
n
n
Obtain quotes from transport companies for urgent deliveries
n
n
Investigate delivery issues and customer claims on short deliveries or damaged stock
n
n
Review internal systems to locate stock from interstate warehouses
n
n
n
Requirements
n
To be considered, you will have:
n
n
n
n
Minimum 2 years dispatching and warehousing experience
n
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
n
Strong attention to detail
n
n
Experience liaising with transport companies
n
n
n
