Key Responsibilities:
n
n
· Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions, especially around
SailPoint.
n
n
· Collaborate with IAM architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define access governance policies, roles, and workflows.
n
n
· Assist in the design and implementation of SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
n
n
· Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
n
n
· Support testing efforts, including UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
n
n
· Participate in access certification campaigns and role modeling efforts.
n
n
· Identify gaps and recommend
IAM process improvements.
n
n
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
n
n
· Facilitate meetings, workshops,



and presentations related to IAM topics.
n
n

n
Required Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
· 5+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst in
IAM/IDAM domains.
n
n
· Strong understanding of
SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow).
n
n
· Experience in access certification, provisioning, role -based access control (RBAC), and identity lifecycle management.
n
n
· Good understanding of
IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, PAM, etc.
n
n
· Solid stakeholder management and documentation skills.
n
n
· Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments.
n
n
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
n
